The non-profit organisation Les Petits Belgeaux was founded in 2007 following the death of Father Philippe Heymans in order to ensure the sustainability of its efforts and actions among disadvantaged Brussels youth.
Most of these young people are immigrants. They were born in Belgium and are de facto Belgian.
